Advance Physio Solihull

Tennis Elbow / Golfers Elbow

These conditions are very common with some patients experiencing both conditions at the same time. Upper limb function is affected, particularly gripping with the arm outstretched. Patients often come to us when they find they are unable to play tennis or golf because of pain.

Our assessment is thorough, starting at the spine and working along the upper limb to find both the ‘source’ of pain and the ‘driver’ of the problem. Treatment is then targeted at this. We use microcurrents, soft tissue techniques, neural mobilisation and spinal techniques alongside a home exercise programme to continue the improvement between sessions. We aim to return you back to normal function and your sport as soon as possible.

Highly recomended.,Following a serious knee injury I incurred while playing sport I decided to try and find a decent physiotherapist.

Julia was recomended to me by a friend and has been brilliant during the sessions I have had with her. Julia gave me a detailed and personally tailored plan in order to advance my recovery and progress.

Anyone looking for a professional, reasonably priced physio should give advance physio a go.
